TOP is committed to providing the best equipment to the Law Enforcement Professional at the best prices. I have been involved in the law enforcement community since 1990. I know my products, and I know what works, what doesn't, and most importantly, what will be around in 5 years versus a mere fad product.
Company Profiles
TOP was started in Portland, Oregon the Fall of 2004 after a mom and pop police supply store closed its doors in Clackamas. Portland is split by a large river, and all of the police supply stores were on the opposite side of the river. That left East Side cops to travel 30 or more minutes to purchase equipment.
The equipment that for sale was/is overpriced and the employees were less than helpful. I knew there had to be a better way. After 3 months of running the numbers, I figured that the Portland Area was ripe for a newer breed of police supply. One that was not all about fancy posters and a huge store front. A police supply store that cared about its customers, and in turn knew the products it was selling. TOP was started on those pillars.

o Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the freight costs on all returns. If shipping has been paid by Timberwolf Outdoor Products, the refund amount will be taken out of the final refund. Refunds are accepted on non firearms related items. All other items incur a 10% restocking fee.

o Our business hours are M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Timberwolf Outdoor Products is closed on most weekends & holidays. However I try and reply to all e-mails within 12hrs of receipt.
